Based out of Montpelier, the capitol of Vermont, well easily be able to reach some of the states most amazing locations including the famous Northest Kingdom, Smugglers Notch State Park, mirror ponds and wild streams in the Grotton Woods State Forest, central farms and dirt roads, sections of Route 100, Moss Glen Falls and much, much more. As always, there will be ample field instruction, digital post processing training and image critiques. This workshop includes two instructors, Joseph Rossbach and Alex Mody.

Basic Itinerary:

Sunday: Workshop begins at noon with a slide show and intro class session. Then a field shoot until after sunset.

Monday, Tuesday and Wendsday: We will begin 1 hour before sunrise, shoot for 4 -5 hours, break fro brunch and classroom work and the an early dinner and back in the field until after sunset. Image critiques will take place at night or in the middle of the day depending on weather and our shooting schedule.

Thursday: Sunrise shoot, breakfast as a group and the workshop ends at 10am.

Joe is also a staff course instructor for Nature Photographers Magazine, and writes a regular blog column forOutdoor Photographer Magazine online edition. Joe is also a co-author and contributing photographer two print books, The Ultimate Guide to Digital Nature Photography (Mountain Trail Press) and50 Amazing Things You Must See and Do in the Greater D.C. Area, The Ultimate Adventure Guide.  Joe continues to travel extensively producing new and exciting images of the natural world as well as leading several photography workshops and photo tours each year.
